What does Eden actually text guests?
Within 12 hours of their visit, Eden sends a warm, personal message referencing what they shared on the form. Guests can reply — Eden holds the conversation. When something needs a pastor, Eden texts you.
Do I need Planning Center?
No. Eden works completely standalone. If you have Planning Center connected, new guests are pushed there automatically.
